of subleasing or lease transfer must be authorized by the

lessor prior.

-No smoking indoors, and the consumption of cannabis is

forbidden.

-Prospective tenants must pass a credit check, background

verification, provide proof of income, and references from

previous landlords. The tenant might need to pay the first

and last month's rent upon signing the lease.
